An Atlanta real estate investment firm has acquired a chunk of undeveloped land in Summerhill, a neighborhood near Grant Park that’s seeing a $1 billion revival. ANiMAL purchased about 10 acres in the heart of the area's ongoing renewal. The seller was Carter, the Atlanta real estate company serving as master developer of Summerhill during its recent boom. The sale closed Aug. 15.
