ANiMAL’s team has built a cycle-tested track record across the full arc of investment and development, from land assembly and entitlement through zoning and design, lease-up, repositioning, and exit in ventures spanning raw land, covered land, fully developed suburban lots, partially built projects, and income-producing assets.

We have been involved in over 200 individual transactions, and always have skin in the game: investing our capital alongside our investors in every deal. By focusing on under-appreciated assets and unlocking their potential, ANiMAL has delivered strong, risk-adjusted returns to investors while navigating complex market dynamics.
